Please note we are a bespoke gift company and so all orders will take a minimum of five working days to fulfil and then they are dispatched next day delivery. Some items such as hampers and bouquets may take longer depending on the time of year so please contact us if you need your order quickly before you pay for you items to discuss your delivery requirements.
All address information must be exact including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient's telephone number. We cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient's address and telephone details are inadequate or incorrect. The goods shall be considered to have been delivered, when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.
It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be at the destination to sign for the gift, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the courier. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items, which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing such as perishable items such as cheese and fruit which have short shelf lives.
We employ third-party courier services to deliver your gifts and hampers. Although customers can request a specific delivery day, and we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot always be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days.
We are dedicated in ensuring all our gifts arrive with you in perfect condition. In the rare event of a gift being damaged, please contact us within 3 days by telephone, or email us at returns@outoftheboxgifts.co.uk Damaged Goods must be returned to us suitably packaged. We will replace or refund the items concerned.
Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 7 working days of receipt, as long as the goods are in perfect condition, and the packaging remains in an “as new” state. ALL postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We recommend using a reliable insured courier, or registered post, to return the item. In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling, perishable goods or customised goods made according to custom specifications may not be returned.
Please contact us by telephone, or email us at returns@outoftheboxgifts.co.uk to let us know that you would like to return an item. You will then need to print and fill out our Returns Form and return it with the unwanted item. All returns must be packaged to prevent damage, with the Returns Form enclosed. After we have received the goods, a refund will be made to the purchaser's credit card, this cost excludes the cost of delivery.
