Delivery and Returns


Delivery to the UK is free for all orders over £45, these will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, with the option to upgrade to Tracked 24 (£5.00).

Orders under £35 can be sent using the following services:

Tracked 48 – £3.50 . Two to three working day delivery aim.

Tracked 24 – £5.50 . Next working day delivery aim.

Orders placed before 14.00 Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day.

 Orders placed after 14.00 Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be posted on the following Monday.




Delivery to Europe is now subject to local charges and customs to receive goods following the UK's exit from the European Union on 1st January 2021. Please check the customs authorities in the recipient's country. Payment of customs fees and import charges need to be paid by the recipient. Out of the Box Gifts cannot be held responsible for charges incurred.

Standard Delivery: £ varies depending on location

All of our orders are shipped from the UK so international deliveries can incur customs charges. Any of these custom charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid before the order is released from customs.

Our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP), which means that international credit card providers and/or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add a processing or administration fee if your order has to be converted to a currency other than GBP.

We’ll do our best to match delivery times quoted, but please do allow up to 21 days for your parcel to be delivered.






We have a 7 day cooling off policy in line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, beginning on the day after the goods are received.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned at your cost.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
