The feedback from all of our staff was excellent and zoe was a pleasure to work with, both responding quickly to all my calls or emails so we could place the order in a tight two day turnaround period. Thanks!
The gift box looks great online, however, the order process could be better. I had to email the company to add a note with my gift. I received a prompt reply. Also, I haven't been sent a notification that the gift has arrived yet.
This box isn't easy to write in either.

Most of our customers find the box to leave their gift note with no issues, so I'm not sure why it didn't show up for you at the checkout. I'm glad that we were able to manually add your message to the gift tag all the same.
