Sadly they don't seme to be restocking the products I want. This means the likelihood of me using them in the future has gone down.

The customer service we experienced with a recent order was fantastic. The person we spoke to was really helpful and couldn't do enough to sort out our questions and find a solution for us. Really impressed. Would buy again for the customer service alone vs. other stores.

One of our corporate clients never got his hamper as customs fees were asked by the courier. I was told the hamper was going to be resent but ever since I have sent 4 emails to get a follow up and called multiple times but I have been completely ghosted.

The gift box looks great online, however, the order process could be better. I had to email the company to add a note with my gift. I received a prompt reply. Also, I haven't been sent a notification that the gift has arrived yet.
This box isn't easy to write in either.

I've used a few of these type of gift box companies but this is by far my favourite. There's huge flexibility in the gifts you can choose to fill the box and it's reasonably priced. Extra incentive is the ethical and charitable aspect, so you can do good while also solving gift problems. There's something for almost everyone. Highly recommended.
