The gift box looks great online, however, the order process could be better. I had to email the company to add a note with my gift. I received a prompt reply. Also, I haven't been sent a notification that the gift has arrived yet.
This box isn't easy to write in either.

Most of our customers find the box to leave their gift note with no issues, so I'm not sure why it didn't show up for you at the checkout. I'm glad that we were able to manually add your message to the gift tag all the same. I've used a few of these type of gift box companies but this is by far my favourite. There's huge flexibility in the gifts you can choose to fill the box and it's reasonably priced. Extra incentive is the ethical and charitable aspect, so you can do good while also solving gift problems. There's something for almost everyone. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service and products from Out of the Box Gifts! I wanted sustainable, ethical and B-Corp included in Christmas gifts for my work colleagues and Out of the Box Gifts had it all.
