The gift box looks great online, however, the order process could be better. I had to email the company to add a note with my gift. I received a prompt reply. Also, I haven't been sent a notification that the gift has arrived yet.
This box isn't easy to write in either.

Most of our customers find the box to leave their gift note with no issues, so I'm not sure why it didn't show up for you at the checkout.
