FAQ

How much is shipping?

Tracked 48 shipping is free on UK orders over £45.

Orders under £45 can select Tracked 48 which is £3.50 or Tracked 24 which is £5.00.

When will it get there?

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

How will it be wrapped?

We take great care and pride in wrapping your gift boxes. For every gift box we wrap we ask ourselves the question 'Will they say 'WOW'?'. That's the goal!

We then add your hand-written gift note to the gift tag for the finishing touch. Your gift note can be left in the checkout page.

Don’t forget to include your name so that the recipient knows who sent it.

We have a ‘Don’t open until’ sticker, if your gift mustn’t be opened until a certain date, please add the date to the gift message box also and we’ll ensure this is added to the package.

Will they get a receipt?

No, we don't send any paperwork out with our gifts, other than your gift note on the gift tag.

The receipt will be sent to you by email.
